Great job all around with the construction of our pool. [Our designer] helped design a pool that fit our yard with the features that we wanted. [We had] an awesome project manager. He stayed on top of things from start to finish and has followed up with us a couple of times since.

It is easy to focus on the spa itself and overlook how much the overall project depends on your backyard and design choices. We do not treat every spa as the same project. Size, layout, features, equipment and complexity of work can all influence the final scope and cost. As you put together your project proposal, we discuss your backyard, how you will use the spa and the options you want. Our goal is to create a spa that fits your property and your plans rather than forcing a standard design into the space.
Yes. The City of Rockwall lists hot tubs among the projects that require a building permit. Electrical and gas line work can also have its own applicable requirements, depending on the work involved. We do not want you guessing about which requirements apply to your project. Before construction begins, we can help you understand the scope of the work and the permitting considerations for your backyard spa. That gives you a clearer picture of the project before work starts.
A good spa size depends on more than the dimensions of the spa itself. We’ll discuss the space available on your lot, how you plan to use the spa and how the design will fit in with the rest of your backyard. A custom solution allows us more flexibility to fit around the space you have, rather than forcing a standard layout into it. We can discuss the available layout, seating, features, and other design choices so the finished spa feels like part of your backyard rather than something added to it.
We would not promise that a spa will increase your home's value by a specific amount. That depends on the property, the buyer, and how the finished backyard is viewed when you sell. We focus instead on creating a spa that works for how you want to use your backyard now. Our custom spa designs can be planned around your property's layout, size, style, seating needs, features, and other design preferences. If you are considering a spa as a long-term backyard investment, we can help you weigh those choices before the project moves forward.
You can use a spa during the winter, but freezing weather still needs to be taken seriously. We recommend paying attention to your equipment and freeze protection when temperatures drop. If the power goes out during freezing weather, the equipment can be at risk, and the proper winterization steps may be needed until power is restored. We can discuss the freeze-protection considerations for your project and the steps you should take if severe weather affects your spa.
